Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Denti platform provided by [LEGAL NAME] ("Denti", "we"), a company registered in Kosovo. By creating an account, setting up a clinic, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Denti is software for dental-clinic administration — appointments, patient records, treatments, payments, invoicing, inventory, and analytics. Denti is a software tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. All clinical and treatment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the clinic and its professionals.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your staff's accounts, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your accounts. You must have authority to bind your clinic to these Terms.
3. Plans, trial & pricing
- Free trial — €0 for 30 days, full product, no card required to start.
- Clinic — €49 per clinic, per month (flat, not per-seat). Founding clinics: €29/month locked for life. Annual billing may be discounted.
- Enterprise — custom pricing for multi-location owners.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
4. Payment & taxes
Fees are invoiced per clinic and payable by the method stated on your invoice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Late or failed payment may lead to suspension after notice.
5. Your data
You (and your patients, via you) retain ownership of all clinic and patient data. You grant Denti a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Processing of personal/health data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. On termination, we export all of your data to you in CSV/Excel and then delete it per the DPA.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: breaking the law, infringing rights, attempting to access other clinics' data, reverse-engineering, overloading or probing the system, or uploading malware. You must comply with your own legal duties as a data controller, including obtaining any patient consents required.
7. Availability & warranties
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, except as required by law. Enterprise plans may include a separate SLA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits. Denti's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach (e.g. non-payment, prohibited use) after notice where practicable. On termination, the data export and deletion process in the DPA applies.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform under these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and may require renewed acceptance. The version/date above will be updated.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kosovo, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer/data-protection rights you have under EU or local law.
